What the people got to complain about ? And yeah he needed to take out pastor lee but they also changed the plan for him to go take the S rank monsters on. And did the government forget that the Darwin award winning dumbest being alive Seoul guildmanster was buffing the S rank monsters and informed the pastor lee with secret information ?

And if civilians complain then he can say to civilians that next time he wont go from city to city and save people. See on their own how to survive when even their S rank people can’t single handedly handle one city
