Worst flaw with this so far is that we have no information on how the mc is so good at warfare.
There are generals with worse strategies but all we know is he disliked mandatory service.
Having an interest in warfare history or strategy as a hobby in the beginning would have helped.
Maybe if it was his dads passion so he took it up as soon as he was free to work to feel closer to him… I dunno…
