Honestly I don’t like the mcs personality he calls every issue minor. And he strives to stop monsters not save humanity. In a way he is emotionless. Yes he may offer a hand but that doesn’t make him a good person plus he trusts the government way to much.

You can probably also sue the owner of that garbage truck. The broken wall and the trash they left is enough proof to make a claim. If there was damage to the rear of that truck or rubble from the wall stuck to it, then it’d almost be a case wrapped up.
If only people would carry any handheld device that could record sound and be smart enough to use it stealthily, then those guys that plan their crimes out loud at the top of their lungs, while also revealing their motive and intent, would already be in jail by now.
