let me guess mc’s sistter will play a big role in defetating the monster so whent he organizations and cack old man sees this he will kidnap her to use her as a tool / weapon

Imma guess that due to how corrupt the government is, the MC will end up gathering his own following, and the girl that was in the wheelchair will be his first follower.
I wouldn’t be surprised if people refer to him as the Demon King.
