Why do I get the feeling that the author is just doing whatever? The focus on the MC is too lacking, and not only does he have zero personality, but he has no clear goal.
Sure, he likes to/wants to kill monsters, but is that it? It started by showing us windows that popped up and gave him goals, but that happened less and less.
Mankind is fighting monsters, and in his past life, he was used. Now, in his second life, he seems antidisestablishment, so I thought he’d get rid of the corruption. What happened to that healer girl? He seemed to be building up a sort of relationship with her, but it just scrapped her completely.
It’s like an AI wrote this script, it just has no aim and goes from one thing to another.
