So… he just murked a random dude in the beginning then? She obviously got sent back, so someone had to take her place. Or did they just give the fake mc character an npc soul or something?
So, if she just told him she was a girl, maybe a different story, but then he would just have, what, 3 yanderes that liked him.
Also, he had a kid with the red head, now I am wondering if he will take the harem route or not. I like his teacher the most personally. Other than that, you can make an argument for each of the other female characters.

I really enjoyed this story as despite this being filler it gave a great background on a decently important character and helped understand everything

Interesting. While this definitely felt like filler it was interesting to see.
Especially since her losing booted her out, but did not boot him out. So he might have to complete it on his own.
