Strangely enough the conversation between the avatar and Idunn seems to be just filler to “show off” the avatar’s knowledge or something like that.
BUT, how is she supposed to know about the specifics of a trial that was made pretty much on spot? It was pretty clear since the moment that MC reached the forest that Idunn had nothing prepared.
Also pretty bold from an avatar to keep pressing a god, would be understandable if Hel herself descended upon it but from the conversation alone its clear that not the case and its Hela thats doing the talk.
