So I read one comment before reading the man(whatever)a, something about 5 years, and his bad past was 5 years ago as well… So probably just before unfortunate accident he appeared, but he also kind of need some time to prepare against assassination attempt.
So if he is back in time 5 years, he is already 21, but he has new operating system installed, so he should be skilled as worrier of rank D already and be able to rise in the ranks again.
