About the information, can’t he just give it to both of them at the same time? Wouldn’t that deal quite a lot more damage than just giving it to either of them?
That said, it does bother me quite a little that the MC thinks he got reincarnated into the past. Those Inner Energy techniques do not exist in real life, plus he’s creating time paradoxes by curing “incurable” diseases. He should think it as reincarnating in a parallel universe that is similar, yet different from the world he previously lived in.
