I’m not even mad at this cultists, just… disappointed. They turned what would have been a single failure with low impact in their overall strategy in a mess that keeps growing bigger and bigger and more out of control… by the failures they make themselves, not because someone is actively messing with them… They are unilaterally messing with an individual that cares little about them, only wants to avoid them, but they are just forcing their nonsense on him, testing the limit of his patience over and over again.
They are turning a fairly neutral party into a mortal enemy, all, completely, exclusively by themselves.
