you are thinking cholera in modern world. given the environment of the story is during old time where aseptic technique is so limited and access to clean portable water are also limited. cholera at that time super deadly. Also Llyod can fix it even he is ugly.

Such.. quick death. Just like 1.5 chapters. Not to remind if incubation period of cholera is within 2h-5days. Also cholera is easy to cure if the patient get the right treatment.. even if its a severe one.
