Stage fight is nothing like real fight, it just looks real. It is not difficult to learn, but it is hard to look good. But you do not get hurt if doing it right, it is more like a dance, where the weapons or fist never reackes the other body.
Like, if someone should look like they hold another persons hair and pulls the other persons head, it is the person who lioks like they are being pulled who is actually moving their head on their own, the person “pulling” is just keeping their hand in the hair doing nothing than following the other.
