“I’m not called “you,”” is a weird way to respond to “everything alright with you?”
If “you” turns into “Millet” then it’d sound like he’d be asking about a 3rd person.
This would sound weird unless the recipient is a non-native language speaker, is mentally challenged, or is a ‘theatrical’ person and speaks about his/herself in third-person normally.
