Poisonous are the ones you cant eat whereas venomous you can as long as you remove the area with venom and where it is produced.

If it’s an undead being, I wouldn’t recommend eating any of it.
Although some meat is okay partially decayed, and needs to be to becomeg edible, most mammal flesh would rot, and be full of potentially dangerous microbes.
Undeads, are usually rotten flesh.
In my mind it would taste vile and be potentially dangerous to the eaters health. what do you think?
