Where is the other dragon while all this is happening? This fire dragon seems to be acting very territorial, so I’m surprised two dragons can seemingly share a forest.
I’m guessing, the green dragon will come to the rescue, “not out kindness” but to assert this forest and surrounding lands as belonging to it, not the other dragon.
The slaying of one dragon and or the being on speaking terms with another is likely going to increase the noble rank he was already going to be bestowed
