the author underestimates how ridiculous skipping time is, that’s way more impressive than the barrier tbh. Like either he’s fast-forwarding the bodies process’ which would need ridiculously precise knowledge on the body or he literally just fast forwarded time which is equally ridiculous.

Is he trying to fight the literal manifestation of the universe of his world or smth.
She just lost 7 days of life to make a medicine work faster ?

I think he simply strengthened her mana veins or did something with the mana which had the medical effect of 7 days
