ngl, this would look crazy on live action, cuz mc would look like he has schizo 
Tbh i appreciate that the mc take the role of villain like a lot of ppl just focus on MC in story(it make sense i know) but we never give a props to all villains they’re literally the reason why MC shine brighter in drama,movie because of great supporting cast and villain in story in my opinion its easy to do MC in story than being villain.

What if he’s just in a mental hospital for schizophrenia and these people are all just staff
this has potential, i remember reading another manwha that had the same premise and it was pretty good so i hope this one doesn’t dissapoint
