If gooddes gave mc most her powers he could theoretically force everyone into submission. While in human form he cant tap in to it permanently he can det it up in this form. After all from the way the book explains it she gave him most of her power. As we can see creation and world laws are possible. So why not gather everyone set the barrier declare forced peace/loss of fantasy powers undo said barrier and now if they have no powers everyone is on equal level. He dose after all hold most of the powers of the god who made everything in the planet including said planet
