This is better than a lot of the reviews would leave you to believe. Give it a try it’s pretty fun.
character dynamic is really interesting.
But MC past trauma just felt really force. and just make MC look like a man-child.
i want to say that maybe manga cut something from novel. but cliche novel like this usually bare bone even in novel version.
so i give 3/10.

I would give it a solid B. Interesting enough to keep me reading and wanting more. Nothing revolutionary and the characters a bit shallow. It relies heavily on established tropes.

Kakashi but he got reincarnated
from what i read and seen in his past the MC hasn’t fully developed his frontal lobe or past the age of 20 so his childish behavior can be overlook since he was sickly and got similar treatment because of his illness
tho the plot for the FMC was a lil forced but made sense in the plot, the big bro is a fun gag character
a decent read despite going out of my way to Utoon to read 7-2 and 10-2
