These lamprey/leech mouths on a vampire make even less sense than human mouths with 2 big sharp teeth. Eating prey like most animals do and grinding up the meat with blood dripping down your throat would be way more efficient than “sucking blood”. Honestly most Vampires would be less monstrous than a normal human just eating meat as there is a chance the prey survives the encounter.
