If I was the official Saintess(the bitch one), I’d be really suspicious of a sudden female healer appearing right after ordering the death of the other one.
It doesn’t make sense that she’s agreed to go back to the capital. With Rolo and the priest she could have easily escaped, and left that shady Lec character behind.
