Why didn’t he just ask to get the killing blow on a few monsters. Seems he did a lot of luggage carrying and was liked by the parties, since levels seemed to be common knowledge it’s strange noone helped him level up to 10 at least..
Give the MC a break, he’s getting on with his life after being thrown out and his peers regard him well. He might be a leech but he’s putting in the effort to level up and he refused the gofts he didn’t deserve.
