So… you might be wondering “where is 8.2?”… well, my friend… nowhere. It does not exist. The team who did the prior chapter stopped translating it and the new team was like “well… it says chapter 8 so we start 9, yes?”.
Sheesh… all right, I got the raws and will try to do a clumsy “machine translation” tomorrow and upload it in the comment section of chapter 8.1. It’s 16 pages so it might take me some time.
For those who can’t wait.
The dragon was human-sized and when MC got there, she talked with it, like with the lion and it told her that a dagger is stuck on the inside of its throat, so Rin climbs inside the mouth of the dragon and pulls it out. That should have been the end of chapter 8, but as I see, the start of chapter 9 is also missing in which she was discussing the ominous dagger with the spirits. Then the talk starts about engagement, which leads to the start of this chapter “9.2” – this all might be incorrect as I’m only “guessworking” from the raws.

This isn’t quite as bad as the last mangaeffect chapter I got tricked into reading, but it’s still a mess.
