she seems like not a great person to give the ultimate god power to
my personal opinion but before the black lightning added to her lightning, i think it should really stay at B+ cause its generally a really good rank for it i think. Like its got decent power and decent aoe buts she’s not utilizing its properly, if she actually tried adding it to her footwork or using it to add power to punches or if you’ve read “memoir of king of war” twisting veins and blood vessels. Just felt i had to say this cause dumb people like her not using it to its full potential is annoying, lets hope she gets better at controlling it
