Is it 1942?
I actually prefer when isekai protagonists have no surviving family, makes it less sad. There’s that one where the guy gets insane magic powers and cleanses a forest that is under attack from a human kingdom where the MC has a sister that was texting him moments before truck-kun struck and it makes the story really sad in my opinion especially since he uses his sister’s isekai knowledge to survive. Further more their parents died in an accident so he was taking care of her. I really hope they bring the sister over in that story at some point.
