The group started off with members that didnt want to share the mana manipulation or what ever method and went after mc to eliminate him. While now they take new members as that means they are still sharing the method so. Also these people are dumb to join in to a org that brainwash them and plant a bomb in their heads so if they would leak info it will go off

If your in a secretive group and your allies start dieing and the boss replaces them at the drop of a pin,that means you are all useless. Why would he get rid of you when someone else is willing to do it. They are all dead weight and don’t even realize it
