This is surprisingly a boring and brainless arc.

-They offer gifts to nobles to be educated at the households of nobles when there is a literal education pod the mc stepped into to get an education.
-They don’t bother vetting the nobles, the “sword master” literally slipped and fell on his ass wheras these lowly nobodies are master swordsmen. He doesn’t bother actually vetting the guy he’s planning to wed his own daughter to.
-The mc didn’t bother to report all the garbage he went through for way too long, and his AI and butler didn’t bother vetting the corruption they were sending him to
-I think the author just introduced a girl for the sake of not making it a total sausagefest, but she adds nothing other than getting off to watching the mc be friends with another guy.

eck another BL obsessed freak. Nothing wrong with BL, but I hate how weird the BL readers are. They just can’t stop fetishizing male friendships. And I’ve met some of them and they’re the exact same weirdly obsessive irl. You can see the insanity in their eyes.
