FYI, the fujoshi and this whole yaoi manga sub-plot don’t exist in the WN. Not sure if they’re LN or manga additions, but yeah, someone was like “sure this is a good seinen, but what it really needs to be relatable is an annoying female friend whose entire personality revolves around imagining MC is gay”.

I had thought yaoi was a Japanese thing. But given the popularity of that show “Heated Rivalry”, I now know it is just a woman thing.

Eila managed to bribe/talk her way out of that mess, now becoming their dealer of videos, photos, and maybe more of Liam, while Liam himself is reorganizing the Imperial Military everywhere he goes by complete accident. I think the pit of Evil he wants to dig himself into is only getting farther from him, as the mountain he’s built by being so efficient is never going to get smaller.
