The longer the story goes on the more ridiculous the MC motivation of “I hate overtime” becomes.

If she was going to cave, she should have also added a rider of someone to fix her d@m^ house. Since it was an adventurer abusing his power because of his (standard) treatment at the guild, the adventurers guild should be held responsible.
