I mean I don’t know if I’m pointing out the obvious, but, we do all know that they aren’t siblings in their reincarnations right? Therefore their relationship is gonna be a bit strange with MC showing her affection and her developing feelings for him.
The problem of having the weak MC discovered by stronger enemies, is that plot armor is a requisite for survival. chances are, even if he killed that old man, he was caught on camera entering/exiting.
The bullshit part is being a Dungeon Boss, and being able to travel freely away from the Dungeon. The whole idea of being eternal, was his link to a dungeon that wasn’t cleared.
