that’s around 8-10× Tyson’s punch
A 150 kg guy flying several meters up from one punch would need cartoon-level physics. To launch him about 3 m high you’d have to give him a take-off speed around 7–8 m/s – that’s an impulse of roughly 1,100 N·s.
If the punch only lasts a split-second (0.03 s), that means an average force of ~40,000 N – several tons of punch force, at least 6–10× stronger than the hardest heavyweight boxing punches ever recorded.
In real life, even the best pro can’t get past 5 kN.
