I don’t think it’s a good idea to use this “Game” of the Dictatorship as a way to get close to the Government Heads tbh. This place is probably the most surveilled place ever. And you don’t really know much even if you get close to the Government Heads, it’s a suicide mission. And, you’re not the first one to do it.
I think it better to restart the Rebellion against this Dictatorship tbh. Recruiting people, stealing this Governments Weapons and Intel and maybe building your base and so on would be best. Like, did this Dictatorship actually conquer the whole world? If not, why not go to another place entirely. Another nation.
