Yeah, but it’s not limited to China, or rich people… Even if it’s a bit more blatant in certain places/situations. That’s simply human nature, given power and an opportunity to blossom into full-blown, in-your-face, unrepentant arrogance. Kind of wild when you think about it; that’s what this famous quote is all about.
