Selling guns when you’re the only one who can manufacture them or the ammunition is actually brilliant. Not only is it a quick source of more money but you make them your puppet. If they want to keep using guns to defend themselves they have to stay on good terms with Mynohrah. He turns them into a vassal without losing a single soldier.
