Isekai De Kojiin Wo Hiraitakedo, Nazeka Darehitori Sudatou To Shinai Ken - Chapter 20

TF? I get the feeling a bunch of story is missing.
Story so far (time gaps are mentioned if any):

1. Old man threatens to take the orphanage away, because of being debt. But delays the deadline if potions are delivered.
2. Next day MC goes into the woods to gather materials to make the potions himself.
3. They make the potions
4. Goblins attack
5. They return on the same day they set off. But city is empty except a few classmates.
6. Old man reappears, and is about to take away the orphanage for good. Because of the king’s order. And the debt. Those are somehow linked. After previously the king supposedly didn’t have any control over the debt. Then suddenly is the talk that MC supposedly has paid off some of the debt, despite not really having money before, and it was neither shown that MC gave the old man the potions to extend the deadline, not giving him money. MC & Co are still in the way back from their excursion! Then cat girl talks about the potions becoming finally popular, despite nobody having seen them, yet.

My guess is the mangaka cranked a bunch of chapters of the LN or WN into one chapter, but didn’t align the story. Or the TL messed up.
