If the Demon King is a job that can be attained by a human at the job ceremony, could it be because the world needs to be balanced to keep the conflicts to a reasonable level? I mean, if a Demon King exists, other countries will be less likely to fight among themselves, right? After all usually Demon Kings love to sit on their thrones for as long as demonically possible
