This is where it becomes stupid, slowly.
“Only Explorders have Levels because thats the only job we can see it level up” is a hell of a braindead take.
They can feel they get progressivly stronger in the Labyrinth and they see Explorer “growing” but don’t make that connection to the other Jobs?

This would have been a golden opportunity for the MC to look at her in confidence and go “actually” … he already established he has things going on that are WAY out of norm so instead of pushing his “pls don’t talk about it”-persona further and explain that he can actually SEE Job Levels of himself and his party and that he can arrange them (what he obviously already did with Sherry when he told her “you Villager now!”) …
he goes full whiny depressive mode …

He showed them Warp.
He showed them Magic.
He confirmed them having multiple Jobs.
He showed them he changed their Jobs.
He should show some balls once in a while and not those tiny bedroom ones.
