Dafuq? They live harvest to harvest. I remember them saying they exported to exchange quality for quantity too… That is just madness. They have 4 times the harvest other places in that world have and they are bountiful, not diseased or spoiled by insects and birds, as well as of great quality so probably more nourishing than others. On top of that, they hunt year long a food that is supposedly great. It’s beyond insanity. If he dies, the village dies with him and they’re lucky if they all get out of there alive.
Clearly they over produce alcohol if they can’t afford to store extra seasons of food in granaries and the like. 3 years of safety is a bare minimum and they should reorganize around the A.F.T. ratio, aka, depend only on a single harvest each year. And, if they do it right, they can do all of that in a single year due to the A.F.T.! For all the praises toward the “common sense” of all the other characters, I can’t believe not a single one has pointed this out yet…

He was given a body without disease by the God not sure he will even age since the cells in his body will always be perfectly healthy making him near immortal.
