Well the trees around you are sturdier than steel and flame resistant, and its still wood so probably lighter than those so the frame could be from them. Ofc if you can make aluminium it could be lighter than the wood, so it could solve the weight problem atleast.

We got the Balloons flying in the skies, and with someone who can use wind magic, steering them at a gentle pace by placing the point of the magic circle on the balloon itself. And now we have another town to visit, from the looks of it.
