Why do people who clearly don’t understand English, sometimes, think that they can translate Japanese into English? Even if you’re using a machine translation app, it’s not going to be perfect, and you will need to correct the machine errors in grammar and structure, which means you need to understand English at least. But then there’s people who don’t understand English or Japanese and still think that they can translate one into the other. The only way to get at all decent results is to be fluent in one, or both, thus guaranteeing that you can at least either enter the root language in correctly with no grammar errors, so even if you don’t know the secondary language, you can assume the machine did passable, or be completely fluent in the secondary language, guaranteeing that even if you only copy/paste the base language, no matter what level of results you get from the machine, you’ll be able to edit it yourself so that it is structured correctly, with good grammar and the details make sense according to the picture they are associated with. If you can’t do at least that much, then don’t translate. Save us the agony and yourself the embarrassment of having to deal with this kind of nonsense and crap.
