Fun fact: Saber Tooth Tigers went extinct due to their fangs. Their fangs were their weapons, and it was their biggest asset in killing prey. However, it had a flaw. The teeth did not grow back. Many of them had snapped fangs, and once they were broken, that was it, they were practically disabled. This allowed other creatures to get the better of them, and it’s why tigers do not have such fangs anymore.
So to be clear…they have the technology to make perfect steel rings for that guys bondage armor and steel spikes for his spiked collar. However they are using bones as weapons? Okay…sure.
so a lvl 1 with terrible stats and only 1 free stat and yet not dead -_- sure, as for the Sabertooth he would be dead in seconds or a few minutes.

That ain’t a sabertooth tiger, that’s some sort of werecat furry.
Also, fire can hurt its eye, but so can an axe. Other than having a torch and being in a more well lit area, nothing had changed.
