So in exchange of having his stats at level 1 and needing special XP, he isn’t limited by growth cap and has double stats which means if he’s at level 30 he would have the strength of a level 60
Honestly, that’s a pretty good deal

It baffles me why he didn’t ask his new dragon friend about special xp, if anything may have had a clue it would have been that especially with more of its memories returned
