So this is link when a DM has basically written a book and puts it on the players to act in exactly the way he wants for his story to unfold.

RIP to anyone who chose the Sage role, I guess. From this setup all they get to do is fix the shield and they can’t even do that without the shrine maiden (who then gets to use the shield- nothing for you, Sage).
