…..Dropping the manga. The setting is damn different from the novel. In the novel, she’s very intelligent, and every decision she made is on purpose (she chose zombie race on purpose). The race upgrade to princess only happened due to a hidden setting in the dungeon that she found later, and if it was a guy who solved the clue, he would have become an undead prince. I mean, a race name like zombie princess, so unclassy. It was mentioned in the novel that as long as the race is zombie, the body would be rotting.
The starting point is also not a mistake, it’s due to her choice in the first place. Some other non-human races players also started in a place with no other players, and the place are all very dangerous. The starting point should be the places where others of the same race also exist in large number, hence a zombie dungeon is the most logical for her. The GM said these players who chose non-human and then didn’t reset their characters are crazies as they died so many times and there would be no other human contact, unless they managed to go to human cities.
…I am going back to the novel.

So I get that the starting location was a mistake but it was kinda unclear about the race choice. Was being a zombie a mistake too I think maybe it was but I feel like she could have been a well preserved zombie that still actually looked like her character design not even the clothes were the same
