Keep in mind, Steel Ball Run is mentioned, but the stuff about the President arranging some insane secret plan to recover the Holy Corpse of Jesus Christ for a thousand years of unmitigated blessings, the trail of bodies that used to be Stand Users laid to reach its’ completion, and the involvement of Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli will probably go conveniently unmentioned.
I guess all that History needs to remember is that The Steel Ball Run Race was a rousing success, and barring the multiple deaths that took place in it, it went a long way to encouraging the pioneering spirit and morale of the American People. Besides, it wouldn’t look good for the President’s approval rating and legacy should it come out in the present day that he voluntarily committed filthy acts at a reasonable price. 😉
