Killer Queen can turn anything it touches into a bomb. Though probably used for menial stuff because the Yoshikage of this universe sounds like a relatively good person. It didn’t have the power to produce bubbles, but the “exploding bomb” aspect was just something that got weirdly integrated into Soft N’ Wet’s bubbles during the fusion, with a new ability added to “reuse and reapply” the things those bubbles “take”.
