I like the Unnamed Girl’s medium awareness of her role here. She knows that she’s just a plot device, a throwaway character who exists mainly to move the plot along, who Araki will immediately remove from the story mainly because she had no more use beyond providing Josuke a good reason to manifest his Stand and demonstrate its’ power to counter the deadly powers of the enemy stand user. She called herself an object. Objects tend to demand attention and have no depth or complexity other than what we tend to give it; only makes sense that she’s naked, and while out of her depth in a situation like this, has enough common sense to direct the enemy Josuke’s way.
She’s just a potted plant that looks pretty occupying the empty space of that house, but she doesn’t do much of anything. On another level, her metatextual lack of character is a perfect contrast to Josuke, who, lacking memories of who he used to be, starts this story with questions, and the motivation to get them back, to not be just a flat character.
