I know for Josuke, there are several agonizing levels of pain he felt during this whole incident, and even back then when he was 2 individual people who both strived for a woman who held a great deal of importance for the both of them.
For Hato, there’s no pain, no trauma, that surpasses realizing she let a monster she dated take advantage of her to torture her family and nearly kill her dad. And this has to be first time she used her Stand, Walking Heart, which may make this worse for her: she ended up manifesting her power against a lover she trusted.
Never in a million years would I have guessed that that ugly ‘boyfriend’ would be one of the most menacing villians yet. Also, finally a Stand without (so far) overcomplicated abilities
