Guys I have read this chapter twice and came up with a theory. Hear me out, I think Toru might work part-time at the hospital. That would make sense because he is always there.
Speed king shouldnt be called Speed king, Like the only thing he does is heat things up what does that have to do with Speed king???
So Using My Peanut Brain I made up a stand That Should be The Real Speed King :
Speed king can make anything he touches Faster, like if he touches his legs, his legs will go faster, But It can only be one thing, Not The Whole Body, if it touches the legs, Only the legs will be faster, If it touches a car’s Wheel only that single Wheel Will be faster. If it is an untrained Speed king that has no Experience with its abillities
It will make thing 2 times Faster, But If you train it enough, It can go up to 3 Faster and even 5 times Faster.

I probably would give it a solid 8 It is pretty strong.
