hakari is definitely super strong but he could be god like by experimenting with his technique and such but he probably prided himself in his immortality, strength and durability so he never trained anything like black flash. He’s literally like mc but has a domain expansion instead of black flash so his unlimited cursed energy goes to healing when it could go to 100 others thing at the same time

Hakari will get a jackpot in the next roll. They explained that on the 4th use in hakari’s domain will give him a 100% chance of a jackpot. We saw him using it once against the manga guy which he didn’t get a jackpot from. After that off-screen he obviously used it once since he had the jackpot coming in to fight kashimo. He used it once already in the fight and this is the 4th one.
